Now Steven Chan has rich experience as a Registered Energy Assessor (REA) with a number of successful projects in Hong Kong. He has energy and building services background and he is capable of performing in-depth analysis involving calculations and computational methods. He has significant experience gained mainly in MEP design and review, green building consultancy, commissioning, energy audit and efficiency-related technical services. He has accomplished projects located in  Hong Kong, China, and Macau.

Steven is also a certified BEAM Pro and RCx Pro, he possesses particular expertise in managing testing and commissioning for green building projects. He is active in HKIE Gas & Energy Division and ASHRAE Macau Society Contribution. Steven has over 10 years of experience as an energy and building services consultant and contractor, including energy audit, carbon audit, energy saving system design and Installation,  verification under Buildings Energy Efficiency Ordinance etc.

He has also extensive experience in Green & Energy management.  Back in 2009 to 2012, he completed the Hong Kong Energy Efficiency Registration Scheme for a number of projects in residential and commercial buildings. In supporting the Hong Kong Government’s recent initiatives, from 2009 onward his responsibility has also covered various Energy Efficient & Energy-cum-Carbon Audits Projects (EEP & ECA), Carbon Less Certificate Scheme of the HKSAR and BEAM Plus projects.
